The Scoop: Just in time to thaw out your winter blues...Mark your calendars for the Spring Market at Circa 34. Shop for beautiful home decor and one of a kind finds to add that special touch to your home. Not sure what to do with your new find? Circa will have the farmhouse open for spring home tours (tickets on sale soon) to offer ideas and inspiration for your home design dilemmas. Several great vendors will also be joining in on the fun and Tookies Food Truck will be on site!

Mid-Town Square Spring Fest

The Scoop: It’s the 2nd Annual Mid-Town Square Spring Fest! Come kick off NC Beer Month with an afternoon of supporting local artists, vendors, and a variety of delicious food trucks, followed by a free concert featuring the Mountain Goats at 5pm!
When: Saturday, April 1st from 12:00 pm - 11:00 pm.

World Beer Festival Raleigh 2017

The Scoop: All About Beer Magazine is excited to announce that tickets are now on sale for World Beer Festival Raleigh, which will return to the North Carolina State Fairgrounds on Saturday, April 1. This marks the twelfth year of World Beer Festival Raleigh and the second year at the fairgrounds, which offers an abundance of both indoor and outdoor space to accommodate the thousands of beer lovers and 75+ breweries that take part in the event each year.
When: Saturday, April 1st from 12:00 pm - 10:00 pm.
Where: NC State Fair 1025 Blue Ridge Rd, Raleigh, North Carolina 27607
The Deets: Attendees can choose between 12-4 p.m. and 6-10 p.m. sessions. General admission tickets are $45 in advance (or $55 at the door, if available) and include a tasting glass and unlimited two-ounce tastings from more than 250 beers. VIP admission tickets are $85 and include access to a private lounge with an exclusive selection of rare and limited beers that are not available to the general public. War of the Roses

The Scoop: Designers Jody McLeod, mayor of Clayton, N.C., and Susan Bain of Fort Lauderdale, Fla., face off to see who best depicts the spirit of the Empire and the Tudor Dynasty. While designers work with identical materials and one surprise element, NCMA conservator Perry Hurt explains the significance of roses—and maybe even men in tights. Audience members cast the deciding votes. Two audience members will take home the finished designs!
