THANK YOU WONDERFUL ACTIVERAIN REP! LET IT RAIN!

I am keeping a promise! I was very fortunate that a very nice ActiveRain Rep set me back to RAINMAKER status as long as I promised to fulfill my duty as a RAINMAKER and continue to post relevant, important & entertaining content for my audience J I have been in several classes/seminars lately that have refueled my passion for blogging.

I did not realize how much I MISSED Activerain until it was "taken away".  I truly plan to be back and back for good with tons of interesting content!

So while I pledge to do my part in keeping you entertained, I am interested in writing about what you are interested in reading.  Please tell me what you enjoy seeing the most?  I am going to start focusing on getting the word out about FABULOUS communities in our area where I market as well as local events, local business opportunities and so forth.

Therefore, I hereby promise to keep writing if you promise to keep reading!!!

It's easy to get busy, it's easy to forget, but we all get so much out of it we should not....good job.

I too had gotten busy and wasn't blogging or logging onto Activerain for a while.  They did the same thing for me.  I do appreciate the people at activerain.

We have gotten a bit laxidasical as well.  We haven't seen a return on our investment yet...but from reading these we are understanding that YET is the key word.

April ~ Some of my best ideas for posts comefrom reading old, but popular, posts on here. Something to get your wheels turning, but you can pre-gage the level of interest in the topic. We all have our own opinions on topics and our markets have their own peculiarities, so I get the ideas from past post topics and will sometimes apply it to our market with my personal philosophies.

April, tell us why you love where you sell.  Are there any interesting places or venues?  Great Restaurants?  I did a very short mini series on where in town kids eat free and on what nights.  I wish AR had a way to pin certain posts to a side bar so that our readers could click on a button like, "Kids Eat Free" and see all of the posts.

Congrats on your return!

April, thanks for that post.  I think more contributors should put themselves out there and, inductively, do joint-research-projects together across georgraphies.  It would bring two or more minds to the same subject and, in so doing, centre our profession by these cross-polinated experiences and projects.  I think commenting on each other's posts is almost like that...  Thanks again for your post, cheers.  Jark.
