Fall In Love With Where You Live: July 14th -16th

 

 

Party in the Park: HOOPLA

The Scoop: Hoopla is back, Polynesian style, with a Carolina luau! Experience fire dancers and ukulele music amid art in the Park. A local DJ spins tunes, and Imagine Circus dazzles with their Femme de Fire show. Durham Ukulele Orchestra and Raleigh Drum Circle perform. Food trucks will be on hand and beer, wine, and nonalcoholic drinks will be available for purchase. The Disney film Moana (ticket required) screens after the party at 9 pm.

Summer Open Nursery & Garden Days

Farmhouse Jams

The Scoop: Farmhouse Jams is back for an exciting night of live music at Wendell Falls! The music is free, but it's B.Y.O.C. (Bring Your Own Chair). Get your eats and drinks at the show, at Grounds Cafe! The Breakfast Club will take us back to the 80's for a totally happenin' time!!

Two Roosters Grand Opening

The Scoop: Two Roosters Ice Cream, who until now has been traveling the Triangle on wheels via a teal truck, is ready to open its store! Come celebrate the occasion on, of all days, National Ice Cream Day!

Ice Cream Social

The Scoop: Any day is a good day to eat ice cream, but National Ice Cream Day seems very official, so let’s make it a date! Join in on the fun on Sunday, July 16th from 4 – 6 pm at the Fuquay Mineral Spring Park, where the town’s history began, to celebrate National Ice Cream Day and our town! Free ice cream, iced tea and lemonade will be served.
